- We currently ship within Australia only
- Free, fully trackable shipping on all orders over $150
- Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day
- Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees
Processing and dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched on business days. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only, and may extend during launches, sales, restocks and holiday periods. If your order includes a preorder item, the whole order may be held until everything is ready to ship unless we state otherwise.
Delivery address
You're responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us right away if you spot an error, as we can't guarantee a change once an order is processing or dispatched. Where tracking is available, we'll email it to you after dispatch.
Delays and delivery issues
Carrier delays, severe weather and other events outside our control can affect delivery. Contact us if your parcel is significantly delayed and we'll help investigate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery or non-collection, you may be responsible for the reasonable cost of resending it.
